class FileRemoteWalker.WalkThread
extends java.lang.Thread
FileRemote#walkFileTree(int, FileRemoteWalkerCallback) in an extra thread.
 This instance is created while calling FileRemote#walkFileTreeThread(int, FileRemoteWalkerCallback).
 The thread should be started from outside via Thread.start(). The thread is destroyed on finishing the walking.
