org.vishia.fbcl.fblockwr.Write_FBlock_FBwr.createPinsFromType(FBtype_FBcl, XY_FBcl) TODO this is never called if the FBtype is not given on the first GBlock which creates the Algorithm_FBcl.Write. Hence it is not sure whether called or not. The missing pins are yet added in Write_FBlock_FBwr.createFBlockPinsFromLists() hence this operation is not necessary. test it!
